Templo-made workout! A barbell full-body workout for all fitness levels. This is a
workout that will challenge you physically and mentally while you enjoy some of the

Evolution

Ready to burn some major calories? This full-body shadow boxing class is a fun way to
learn how to defend yourself while burning up to 1k calories. No experience needed. All

FEMME

Femme fluidity at its most extreme with exaggerated feminine movements influenced
by ballet, jazz and modern dance. Heals are optional for extra flare and difficulty. Class

and Grind is a full body boot-camp style high energy workout that will leave you

TEMPLO XR Boxing

TemploXR is a new fitness experience. In this class you will become stronger both
physically and mentally. 10 rounds of drills, boxing, and kick-boxing in an uplifting
atmosphere. No experience needed. If this is your first time please arrive 15-20
minutes before class so our instructors can teach you the basics to ensure you get an
awesome workout and experience! Join the hype! Class offered on site and online.

TRX Strength

Total Body Resistance Exercise (TRX) uses your body weight to perform multi-body
movement engaging numerous muscles simultaneously especially your core. Then add
in the spices with weight training for extra definition.

Yoga

Yoga is a series of postures, breath, and sound that work toward a specific outcome.
Practicing a Yoga initiates a sequence of physical and mental changes that affect the
body, mind, and spirit simultaneously.

Zumba
